1. How to order

1.1. For any Orders to be processed, customers are first asked to register. If not already registered, customers will be asked to register later whenever a product is to be added to the shopping cart.

1.2. Purchases of alcohol, wine and beer beverages through the WINE66 system are allowed only to those individuals who are compliant to the Federal, State and local laws for purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer beverages (minimum 21 years of age for American residents). For this purpose, the purchaser is obligated to declare his/her compliance to such laws when subscribing to the www.wine66.com website. Such registration is mandatory to make purchases from the WINE66 system.

1.3. For any Orders to be processed, customers must first provide the location where the customer wants the product to be delivered by the affiliates. To this purpose, it is necessary to first provide the Country, Province (or State) and the City of the destination.

1.4. Once the destination for delivery is identified, the selection of wines that the various affiliates have available at the selected destination (the “points of sale”) will be displayed.

1.5. If more than a point of sale exists at the selected destination, it will be possible for the customer to browse and choose products from each of the point of sale found (see paragraph 2).

1.6. The customer can chose and add the products of choice and their quantity to the shopping cart.

1.7. The system will alert the customer if the selections or quantities desired are not available. It is possible to send an e-mail request to our system (info@wine66.com) in order to verify availability. The system may also display availability of a product that is no longer available at the selected affiliated store inventory. In this case, please refer to paragraph 7.2 (substitution) of this document.

1.8. For each order is also possible to choose the desired type of packaging (see paragraph 3).

1.9. Some affiliates have a minimum amount per order for purchase. If the minimal amount is not reached, the order cannot be completed.

1.10. The shopping cart, at any time, will show the products ordered and the amount of the same including the cost of the chosen packaging and the cost of the delivery to the selected destination. The cost of the delivery may vary for the selected affiliate.

1.11. In order to proceed and to complete the order, it is necessary to select "confirmation order".

1.12. To this point it is necessary to insert the data of the addressee. Once registered to the site, it is possible to create a personal contact list of addressees (“my contacts”) which can be used to enter automatically the data of the addressee. If no addressee is selected from the personal contact list, it is possible to enter the information manually into the ordering form. If it is desired, is possible to insert a greeting message that will be delivered along with the product.

1.13. The delivery date is the one wished, WINE66 will inform the purchaser, within 24 hours from the acknowledgment of the order, if it is not possible to satisfy such date. Whenever the 24hr delivery is requested (where available), please consider the following acknowledgment policy:
*) Orders placed after 5:00pm (GMT-5 / USA Eastern Standard Time), are acknowledged the following business day.
*) Orders placed during the closing day of the selected affiliated store, are acknowledged the following business day.

1.14. Deliveries of alcohol, wine and beer beverages can be made only to those individuals who are compliant to the Federal, State and local laws for purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer beverages (minimum 21 years of age for American residents). For this purpose, the purchaser is obligated to declare his/her compliance to such laws when compiling the order form. Such compliance is mandatory to proceed with purchase.

1.15. Once the delivery information have been entered, it is necessary to select "confirmation order ".

1.16. To this point will be displayed the summary of the order which includes the data of the purchaser and the addressee, the transaction details for each affiliate from which products have been acquired.

1.17. In order to complete the order, it is necessary to select "buy now" to approach to the insertion given for the payment.

1.18. All the purchase prices are in US dollars (USD). The available feature on the website to display prices in other currencies is based on average exchange rates and should not be intended to replace the original price in US dollars (USD). The official amount of the transaction expressed in currencies different form the US dollar (USD) is defined by the exchange rate applicable by the credit card company used by the users.

1.19. All the prices are already comprehensive of local taxes of destination where the gift will be delivered.

 

2. Multiple orders

2.1. To order products from more than one affiliate, must respect following conditions:

2.1.1. It is possible to execute orders from different affiliates provided that addressee is not the same one. It is possible to execute different orders from the same affiliate provided that the addressee is not the same.

2.1.2. It is possible to maintain several active shopping carts on the system at the same time. Orders from each affiliate to an addressee correspond to one active shopping cart.

2.1.3. Every affiliate has a minimum amount order for purchase (as shown on the shopping cart). Every order, for each affiliate must be equal or greater than the minimal order.

2.1.4. It is mandatory to select the individual packaging for each affiliate (see paragraph 3). Products from different affiliates cannot be shipped in one single package.

 

3. Packaging

3.1. If no packaging is selected, the system will use the packaging available to the affiliate in charge of the delivery. In case the producer of the selected wine has a standard packaging for the selected product, if available, it will be used in place of the packaging of the affiliate.

3.2. If other type of packaging is selected (example, gift box). The system will align the price of the selected packaging accordingly. Each ‘Gift Box’ can contain up to 6 bottles. If more than 6 bottles are ordered, the system will automatically update the number of ‘Gift Boxes’ required. Prices will adjust accordingly.

3.3. Packaging for multiples orders from more than one affiliate, refer to paragraph 2.

 

4. Form of payment

4.1. All the purchase prices are in US dollars (USD). The available feature on the website to display prices in other currencies is based on average exchange rates and should not be intended to replace the original price in US dollars (USD). The official amount of the transaction expressed in currencies different form the US dollar (USD) is defined by the exchange rate applicable by the credit card company used by the users.

4.2. The only concurred form of payment is the credit card.

4.3. The executor of the transaction is YourPay.com whose system accepts Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, Discovery and American Express.We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, Discovery and American Express.

4.4. All transactions are executed on an American bank account. WINE66 is not responsible for any additional cost the credit card company may charge for International credit card processing. Furthermore, WINE66 is not responsible for exchange rates credit card applies to purchases.

 

5. Product Delivery

5.1. WINE66’s affiliates are responsible for the delivery of the product to the address inserted in the document of order. In case the document of order has been compiled with a wrong address, WINE66’s affiliates are not responsible for the loss or non delivery of the product.

5.2. In case the product breaks during delivery, WINE66’s affiliates engage to substitution of the same product (or similar if agreed with the originator of the order).

5.3. In case of delivery of product different from the one ordered - and not previously agreed with the originator of the order -, WINE66’s affiliates engage to the substitution of the product (or similar if agreed with the originator of the order) for an amount equal or greater of the one originally ordered.

5.4. At the moment of the delivery of the product to the corrected destination, the addressee will be held to sign a delivery document that attests that the delivery happened in the correct way (same product description as per “delivery document”) and that the product delivered is in good state. Once the addressee signs the delivery document and verifies the good state of the delivery, every previously delivery responsibility of WINE66’s affiliates ends.

5.5. Every delivery requires signature of the addressee, who must complies to the Federal, State and local laws for purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer beverages (minimum 21 years of age for American residents). The addressee must show a valid document (issued by a government authority) as proof of the minimum age required for the purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer beverages.

5.6. The cost of delivery to the selected destination may vary from the chosen affiliates (free delivery may be available). Such costs are clearly visible in the shopping cart.

5.7. Deliveries to a specific time of the day are not guaranteed (unless per special agreements with WINE66).

5.8. We do not deliver to PO BOX, APO and FPO.

5.9. Deliveries during holidays or Sundays are possible only upon confirmation from WINE66.

5.10.The delivery date is the one wished, WINE66 will inform the purchaser, within 24 hours from the acknowledgment of the order, if it is not possible to satisfy such date. Whenever the 24hr delivery is requested (where available), please consider the following acknowledgment policy:

6. Cancellations and Modifications of orders

6.1. Cancellations and/or modifications to orders are possible only if notified before the WINE66 affiliate store accepts to deliver the order. Once the product is in transit, it is not possible to execute modifications and/or cancellations.

6.2. Eventual modifications, if notified before product order is accepted, can be executed for amounts equal or inferior to that one of the original orders.

6.3. If the modification consists in a change of product, the product to replace will have to be selected from the product list of the WINE66’s affiliate chosen for the original order.

6.4. If the modification consists in a change in the quantity and/or the addition of more products for the same order, it is necessary to insert an additional order. WINE66 will make the possible so that the additional products ordered are delivered together to those previously ordered. Additional packaging charges may be applied.6.5. Eventual cancellations, if notified before product is shipped, can be executed for a penalty fee of $10.

 

7. Substitutions

7.1. Substitutions could be necessary in order to guarantee that the delivery happens by the date requested. In this eventuality, WINE6 will contact the purchaser for confirmation that the substitution is acceptable. Every substitution will be executed with products of equal or greater value to that one originally selected.

7.2. In the eventuality that the chosen product is not more available in the affiliate’s inventory, from which the product has been selected, WINE66 will contact the purchaser in order to propose a substitution. In the case the purchaser does not agree with such substitution, it will be possible to cancel the order for a full reimbursement.

 

8. How to use the Discount Codes

8.1.All promotional discount codes must be entered into the appropriate window during the completion of the shopping cart before proceeding with the purchase.
8.2.Refreshing the shopping cart, it is possible to display the new subtotal, which includes the applicable discount associated to the promotional code entered (either percentage or absolute value). Even if the shopping cart subtotal is not refreshed before proceeding with the purchase, the discount entered will be taken into account. The details of the discount will be displayed on the ‘order summary’ before proceeding with the actual credit card payment.
8.3.All the promotional discounts are applicable to the cost of the bottles only. They are not applicable to the cost of shipping or to the cost for special packages (i.e. gift box).

 

9. The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

9.1. All alcohol, wine and beer beverages are sold only and exclusively by the affiliates of WINE66. WINE66 is just an affiliate’s marketing agent.

9.2. WINE66 recognizes, abide to and comply with all Federal, State and local laws regarding the sale of alcohol to minor.

9.3. Purchases of alcohol, wine and beer beverages through the WINE66 system are allowed only to those individuals who are compliant to the Federal, State and local laws for purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer beverages (minimum 21 years of age for American residents). For this purpose, the purchaser is obligated to declare his/her compliance to such laws when subscribing to the www.wine66.com website. Such registration is mandatory to make purchases from the WINE66 system.

9.4. Deliveries of alcohol, wine and beer beverages can be made only to those individuals who are compliant to the Federal, State and local laws for purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer beverages (minimum 21 years of age for American residents). For this purpose, the purchaser is obligated to declare his/her compliance to such laws when compiling the order form. Such compliance is mandatory to proceed with purchase.

9.5. If a person under the legal age intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent his or her age in order to obtain delivery of alcohol in violation of all Federal, State and local laws, both WINE66 and the affiliate will persecute fully the violators to the fullest extent allowed by the law.

9.6. All shipments require signature of the addressee, who must complies to the Federal, State and local laws for purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer beverages (minimum 21 years of age for American residents). The addressee must show a valid document (issued by a government authority) as proof of the minimum age required for the purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer beverages.

9.7. Shipment to POBOX, APO/FPO is not allowed.

9.8. All alcohol, wine and beer beverages must be purchased for personal consumption and not for resale.
